We are very pleased to announce the successful completion of our second training module 'Empower Your People,' which took place on March 19th and 20th. This training module builds on our first module 'Focus on Self Leadership' and is an essential part of the Leading People Core Journey at KOSTAL. Our goal: To comprehensively strengthen the leadership skills of our managers.
Key Highlights:
The focus was on leadership strategies, skill development, effective communication, feedback techniques, and conflict management. In Lüdenscheid, managers from various German locations came together to learn intensively and exchange ideas in a dynamic and collaborative environment. The feedback was consistently positive, and participants gained valuable insights and practical tools to empower their teams and establish a productive leadership culture.
Looking Ahead:
The next module 'Grow Your Team' is scheduled for June. Here, we will address central topics such as team dynamics, decision-making, coaching, and change management. This journey aims to further refine leadership skills and prepare our managers for current and future challenges.
